Refund Policy

At Beaver Transfers, all products are custom-made, so we follow a strict refund policy.

No Refunds on Custom Orders
Due to the personalized nature of DTF, UV DTF, sublimation, and vinyl products, we do not offer refunds or returns unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item:

• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the issue
• We will review and offer a replacement or refund if approved

File Responsibility
Customers are responsible for uploaded designs. We print exactly what is submitted, including size, quality, and spelling.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders cannot be changed or canceled once production has started.

Color Variations
Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings and printing processes. These are not considered defects.
